After payment is completed, please allow 2–3 days for order preparation and packaging before shipment.

We ship via Thailand Post using Registered Airmail (a reliable and affordable option preferred by most customers).
Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7–14 business days.
Please note that delivery speed varies by country.

Shipping fees depend on your country and the total weight of your order.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
To check your delivery status, visit the Thailand Post tracking website:
https://track.thailandpost.com/
(Please allow 1 day for the tracking information to appear in the system.)

Please type the code manually, character by character.
Do not copy and paste, as the system may not detect it.
For best results, we recommend checking on a computer rather than a mobile device.
Shipping Delays
We always strive to ship your order on time, but please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Customs & Duties
For customers outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Typically, parcels arrive within 7–14 days.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed — but usually no more than 20 days.
If you have not received your parcel within this time frame, customs may be holding it and require tax payment.
This situation is not the responsibility of the shop.
You can check with your local post office using your tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at
